Based on the family farm, Chilly Cow is home to a herd of Brown Swiss cows—a less common breed in Wales but easily recognised by their charming brown coats and fluffy ears. More importantly, their milk is naturally higher in butterfat, making it the perfect ingredient for rich, creamy, and utterly delicious ice cream!
Each batch of Chilly Cow Ice Cream is made with love, with every flavour carefully developed, tested, and perfected (never short of volunteers for that part!). The range includes dairy ice cream, refreshing sorbets, vegan-friendly options, and even a special ice cream for dogs, so there’s something for everyone. With so many tempting flavours, the hardest part is choosing just one!
Chilly Cow is deeply committed to the local community and supporting fellow Welsh businesses. As an active member of the Taste North East Wales group, they champion local producers, businesses, and the incredible landscape of North Wales, celebrating everything that makes this region so special
